Help build a stronger community by joining us at D’AIR!
The D’AIR Project is a 501c3 not-for-profit community arts organization. Through aerial dance, cultural, and movement arts, D’AIR’s mission is to weave the fabric of the greater Atlanta community together to serve and empower our youth and teens.
D’AIR’s programs include community classes in aerial dance and a variety of movement arts, student performances, community cultural events and professional aerial dance productions. At the heart of D’AIR is our Youth and Teen Program. The program is free, yet ‘student earned’, helping develop self-discipline, a sense of empowerment, a sense of appreciation and acceptance of each other, as well as a greater sense of being supported by and accountability to the community.
All of D’AIR’s programs ultimately serve the youth and teen program, adult classes serve as earned income opportunities, the community events serve as opportunities for the youth and teens to perform and learn about different cultures and our professional adult company, D’AIR Aerial Dance Ensemble, not only serve as a role models and mentors, but their performances act as a major fundraiser for the organization.
